I hope I can contribute to the photography industry, making it a more diverse space for future female photographers and people of color. I am grateful for this scholarship because it drives me to continue working.

Every day I question if I am good enough to be in an industry where there are already so many amazing and unique artists. This scholarship pushes me to continue to do my best work. I can be my own worst critic, but this scholarship reminds me that my photos and I have a purpose. All the work I do ends up being worthwhile.
