I am a Chemistry major aspiring to work in a crime lab. This scholarship has helped me to get through college without taking out loans which has made it easier on me as a single parent.
Along with being in college, I work part-time to take care of household expenses and my child, and with the scholarship, I didn’t have the added stress of worrying about how I would have to pay for college.
